CDELA provides curriculum choices to address the diverse educational needs of students.
Kindergarten
CDELA has developed a theme-based Kindergarten package that integrates text and hands on activities to engage young learners. The curriculum is delivered in a series of units, with lesson plans available to parents via the online Learning Management System.
Grades 1-8
CDELA has created an engaging curriculum that integrates text and online tools Utilizing awarding winning online curricula, textbooks, novels and workbooks, students will be provided well-rounded education that is aligned to Colorado state standards. Lesson plans are provided for parents and students, documenting expected daily outcomes. CDELA teachers work with students to ensure all outcomes are met and provide live online sessions to enhance and supplement curriculum.
Grades 9-12
CDELA offers a selection of over 35 courses for high school learners, including all courses required for the Colorado High School diploma. Award-winning electronic curriculum is integrated with textbooks, workbooks, and reading materials to provide an overall challenging course of study. Students have access to their courses seven days a week, 24 hours a day, giving the freedom to work and study as their needs require. Each semester, students consult their Academic Advisors to select between five and seven courses, completing each according to a sixteen week plan. Each course will earn the student one-half credit toward Colorado's graduation requirements, consistently moving the student closer to earning
